In case you missed it– I’ve struggled with GI issues for most of my life. A little over a year ago, I committed to a naturopathic regiment that includes supplements and diet changes (no dairy and watching my FODMAPs).
This summer, I was introduced to DiGize, an essential oil blend. In an effort to be completely transparent, I will tell you this- it tastes like absolute garbage. (Think licking a bunch of dirt-covered vegetables dipped in peppermint). That being said, this oil is life-changing. I drink two drops in a glass of water after dinner each night. I also repeat the same routine on days where I feel that my digestion is a bit off. DiGize is a blend of tarragon, ginger, peppermint, juniper, lemongrass, anise, and patchouli.
- Add to your water. (This is how I use it)
- Add a few drops to empty gelatin capsules. You can ingest them as you would any other supplements.
- Roll onto your stomach directly.
- Diffuse into the air to promote an overall relaxing environment.
